Lead Pastors – Joel & Angela Wells

Joel and Angela have been part of Harvest City Church since childhood. They were married in 1997 and have three lovely daughters, Eden, Asia and Jael.

Joel graduated from the University of Regina, also in 1997, with a Bachelor of Education degree, then spent eleven years teaching high school. He was ordained in 2006 to the Harvest City eldership and was their unanimous choice to succeed his father, Dave as Lead Pastor in 2010.

Joel is a very engaging preacher and teacher with a down-to-earth willingness to be vulnerable. His passion to see the lost saved and the kingdom of God advanced is infectious. He is also blessed with a strong prophetic gift. Ministry opportunities have taken Joel around Canada, to the U.S., Mexico, Ireland, Uganda, Zimbabwe, the Marshall Islands, Vietnam, Kenya and Zambia.

Apostolic Pastors – Dave & Linda Wells

After over a decade of planting churches and Christian schools in Manitoba, Dave & Linda moved their family to Regina in 1987 to pastor Harvest City Church. Dave was lead pastor for 23 years, then in October 2010 transitioned that role to his son, Joel.

Dave’s position on Harvest City’s pastoral staff is half-time. His other role is as team leader of LifeLinks International, giving apostolic input to a number of churches around the world. He has ministered in such countries as Guatemala, Ireland, England, Austria, Holland, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Marshall Islands, Zambia, Uganda, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, India and Spain.

Linda serves on the church staff as our administrative coordinator. She also frequently travels to other nations to minister with Dave to train and equip the saints to build the kingdom of God. She has encouraged men and women through the Word of God in Asia, Europe, Marshall Islands, U.S. and Canada.
